Another excellent game from a classic IP that these devs have made, I'm only sad that my dad didn't live long enough to get to play it. He would have loved how genuine and accurate it feels to the original movies.

When it works, it's fun. Unfortunately, a good deal of my time in game has been spent loading a multiplayer save with a friend, and said friend's game not loading properly consistently since the last patch.
As ever, the Steam review system suffers from a lack of a neutral recommendation option.
If you're interested in getting this game to play with a friend, I recommend waiting until they fix this problem. Don't wait for them to fix the desync problem with saves though, I remember that being a problem in the first game, and it's still here in the third.
If you are more interested in singleplayer, you'll likely have a good time with few game-breaking problems.

A pretty decent little game, it's come a long way since the alpha. Shows how much the devs care about it. I can only hope that means they'll be bringing more missions and story to this.

Every bit as amazing as the first part in this four-part series, if not even better.
My only hope is that it won't be as long until the next one.

Weapon skins can only be applied to the base-type of those weapons (E.G lasgun skin only works on Kantraels, autogun only on Infantry-type autoguns). The outfits, while looking okay, are also bedecked in a suspicious amount of skulls for characters that are meant to be serving the Ordo Hereticus. Make the skulls an accessory instead and weapon skins apply to other weapons of the same type, and maybe this would be worth it.

A fun game with great potential that is being thoroughly wasted. If only Fatshark put half the effort into this that they did and still do with Vermintide 2, it would be a great game worth recommending. As it is now, get it on sale and play it with friends if you really want it.

I keep trying to get through this game, but the tacky AI and unreliable autosave couple with crashes kill it every time.
Their earlier game, Stellar Impact, was so much better.

Game got an update after the sequel came out just to push people towards buy the second game by splitting the main menu between the second game and first game... click on the first game, and then deal with the pop-up telling you to buy the second game before you can do anything else. GG.

Game's customisation unlock system is geared towards getting people to pay to skip the absolutely awful grind. If they learned from the MCC, then they applied all the wrong lessons to this.
Also, Halo game, the campaign is a DLC. Kinda makes it look like all they care about is their expensive store that is free to install.
