My Time at Sandrock (MTaS for short) is a conpletely new experience to me. I’ve tried some life sim titles before but this one hold me back. There is somethings I don’t like but let’s get to the good parts first:
- World is okay, I don’t feel it big but there is so much things to do
- I like how I can interact with cutizens, make them my waifu one day
- The handbook is so handy, I can easily figure out what I need for crafting
- Talent tree is simple, I like it
Not so good things:
- UI is a bit messy, I would rather have a notification board for what I get everytimes I level up than pop ups noti at the corner
- I can not choose what to pick up, everything is auto, or maybe I haven’t found the setting yet
- Map bugs here and there, I got stuck sometimes
- Camera bugs
- Actions is a bit clunky but I don’t think ít’s a really big deal to most player
In conclusion, MTaS is really good game for you to dive into and waste a few days of your life
