I have been a Bethesda fan for years. Mostly TES and Fallout, so this game seemed like a good buy. I bought it, beat it several times, played all the faction quests at least twice. Tried almost everything in this game. Its very OK. The world building is somewhat interesting, but has no soul behind the world(s) being shown. I don't feel anything for the factions, the companions, the universe. There are no cool spacesuits, the aesthetic is weak. No one cares that you are a Pirate, except your companions, who will not tell you why exactly they are mad, only that they are big mad. Neon is a boring interpretation of how it was described. The big mystery gives you a carrot on a stick ending, but it is not worth the discovery. They chose to leave out the coolest parts of Sci-Fi genre. If you want a Bethesda game to get lost in, play something else. Try it only if it is on sale.
