Best WW1 game. People say it's dead cause it doesn't pull the numbers it used to but there's still a small relatively active playerbase that will consistently fill a few servers up. Still just as fun as it used to be, people just unfairly label everything that doesn't pull high numbers as "dead" when that's far from the truth for a game like Verdun.

The guns feel super satisfying to use, different classes and squad types keep the game feeling fresh, and the maps are fairly well built. The mechanics around capturing and defending objectives are excellent and of course that one shot one kill makes every action feel intentional and every kill feel earned. Great game, but even though with the current playerbase the game is just as playable and just as enjoyable ever, I still wish more people played because this is mechanically one of the best feeling shooters I've played.
