So, ARK may seem to be an average survival game, but take a closer look. You not only have dinosaurs accompanying you, there is also a marvellous story hidden between caves, death and gigantic boss fights. After nearly 200 hours of playing, I have probably seen almost anything in ARK: The Island. But there is still more and i'm not only talking about the 5 other maps. Each one is different and difficult in another way. The Island was so compelling, one has to collect and read the explorer notes and fight the bosses to experience true beauty. Furthermore, you can do tons of stuff with other people/ your friends, too. Sometimes it has a few glitches with graphics or maybe you'll find yourself stuck in something, but these things are easy to fix and do not spoil the experience of ARK. So yeah, I'm headin' for Scorched Earth and the other maps now. Try it out for yourself and have fun.
