Very good game. Characters are interesting, side-quests are motivating and moving, options for your character are high. The new perk system is interesting and gives much more of a unique feel to your character, especially at higher levels. There are a few problems with the options Bethesda gives you when it comes to settlement building, but honestly anything like that is really easy to fix with a mod or two.
