Warframe is currently entering a little bit of a golden age - every new update comes with insane quality of life changes, buffs to older frames or new enjoyable content. The Devs actually listen and care about their community (The difference between the first heirloom pack and the second speaks volumes to this).

No Developer can be perfect, and DE misstep, but they listen and learn and for that I cannot fault them. If you enjoy the playstyle then Warframe is a game you'll come back to again and again for years. Cannot recommend giving it a try enough (but if you're new watch some guides before you step in! The new player onboarding can be a little rough).

Palworld is an excellent survival and monster taming game. It feels like ARK: Survival Evolved, but with Pokémon or similar bolted on. Both these elements work well together, and it's fun!

However, if you wish to play with friends, wait a few months. This game is near unplayable in multiplayer. Both private games and hosted servers are just broken. I would absolutely recommend this game, but not in the state it is currently in.

This is my absolute favourite Co-operative experience with friends. The level generation means you can do the same mission over and over and it'll feel different enough each time to stay interesting. The monetisation is the best in the business - this game respects you and isn't trying to milk you for every penny. DLC is cosmetic, Season pass is entirely free and everything in it goes into the general loot pool.

I legitimately cannot recommend this game enough.

One of those games you just have to trust people and play without knowing much about it. It's an actual masterpiece - an exploration game that invested me harder than any RPG I've ever played. Cannot express enough how much you should play this blind.

Genuinely loved this game when I first got it. Tense, exciting, had some incredible moments and some astonishing matches.

Now? Survivors are insanely powerful compared to killers. Teams of 4 survivors communicating can literally bully a killer, completely ruining the scare element of the game. As a result? Killers are more and more resorting to unfun tactics to win, tunnelling players out of the match early or camping hooks just to get an advantage. The balancing of this game is genuinely appalling, and it's gone from my favourite game to one I'm not sure I want to play any more in an astonishingly small amount of time.

Genuine shame. It would help if the devs actually played their own game in public lobbies to see the state of it, but then they've admitted that they don't play their own game outside of work, so the chances of it improving is small.

If you're considering buying this, I'd recommend waiting 6 months or so. See if they start to address the balance. If they do, I will wholeheartedly recommend it. If not? Skip it, save yourself the bother of falling in love with a game and then immediately falling out of love with it.

First Monster Hunter Game I've played. It's unlike any other game I've ever played, and I absolutely love it!

Bought this game twice. Once for 360, once for PC. Both times, full price. And now, because they apparently aren't "monetising" their customers enough, they have killed the modding scene, setting a dangerous precedent for modding in general.

Uninstalling, and vowing to not buy T2 games again. Shame, as I was looking forward to being forced to purchase GTA VI four times in the future.
