Everything is on a very high level, except for the performance. I'm playing on 3060 12 GB, Ryzen 5 3600, and 32 GB RAM, and it drops to 45-50 fps in cities or some other locations on medium settings. I can't imagine how people would be playing on the GTX 1070 or RTX 2080 (minimum and recommended system req)
However, story, gameplay, sounds, characters, world - everything is on the highest level. Can't say that I forgot to eat while playing this, but it was something close.
