西门庆与妻妾行欢，兴致上来了，张口便是“娼妓”“淫妇”之类的话，妻妾们被骂了也不恼，只当他是玩笑话。唯独李娇儿听不得，次次都要闹脾气。西门庆不解，问吴月娘，吴月娘告诉他：姐妹们不从做过娼妓，听了也就听了，知道是打趣，唯有那李娇儿真是娼女从良，自然是听不得这般挖苦。
