Early Access Review
Sorry if I change my review too much but I have a very toxic relationship with this game. I love it but get very upset everytime I look further into it. Want to know why?

If I told you there's an indie racesim game which is early access and has a detailed track editor for *$25*, you would imagine a sim like assetto corsa but developed by a small team that dedicated their entire time working on the game, right? Well, you are wrong. This game is broken. Sure, the track editor is fine, but the rest is not.

There are serious issues with the game which take way too long to be fixed. For example, you are unable to play in multiplayer with one of the few cars available because it crashes players and the cause is unknown. One of the track editor features (the track geolocation) didn't work properly for at least an entire month because its shaders broke with a previous graphics update. Textures don't load up correctly. Ghosts have collisions (also no ghost cars for hotlaps). Slipstream (a very basic feature for a simracing game) has not been reimplemented since few weeks after the release. The radar stops working in multiplayer sessions. Bad performance and optimization. Barely any content updates (few props, no new cars). Promised features taking too long (custom skins have been planned I believe since release but nothing has been done yet and replays are still not a thing). Etc, etc, etc.

Although I like the game and will continue playing it (since I already paid for it), it just doesn't deserve those $25. That's not what a less-than-a-half-complete indie game should have as it's price. Thanks to its expensive price tag and the terrible EA release (let me remind you that the previous official price tag was at $30), the game has less than 25 daily players as of now. This is critical for the game's future, especially one that needs those daily players for its own content. The only thing that holds this game up is the official Discord server and a few race leagues. Other than that, the game would have been dead after launch.

However, I respect the developer for his effort and will welcome any feature getting added to the game. I also love the community, who even, with so many crashes and issues, has been playing and hosting sessions continuously.
