Soooo... my review went from being slightly critical but vastly positive to now being rewritten to negative and changed to not recommended. The game itself is pretty okay, it still suffers from needless performance issues but the major problem is that the developers gave up on the game.

I followed the game ever since the announcement, it's been years of early access and we've have a pretty under underwhelming release. But the game was there and I was happy. But at least I expected more from the developers, this was far from expectations. Turns out the devs also silence the players on the forums for speaking out against intransparent development after 1.0. They used to do blog posts every week while in early access and with "major" plans after release where they were supposed to vastly improve the game and add more things to it, it just never happened. The communication slowly died out, the company is now known for it's exploitation of young developers without getting paid. It's a shame really that they pretend to care about equality and other things when they don't even look after their own people.

I highly urge you not to give them any money for this. It's not a bad game, the modding community is great and keeps the game alive. But the developer / publisher does not deserve a single cent.
