The server I am currently playing on the Plague server due to its low population and PVE. This allow to learn the crafting portion of the game.

The location is towards the bottom of Ruby Lake at the resort. It is listed on the maps. Feel free to chat me up in game on steam messenger.

For PVP Boneyard seems to be a cool place with a high population.
