Hi Everyone, I promised in the last post that we would update you all regarding the donation of leftover funds to Charity.

After much thought we decided to donate to two worthy Charities:
Daffodil Cottage, in honour of our founder Zebbie (Nick Hatton), who passed away a few years ago.
& Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, which has been a huge support to our friend Bones (Brad Williams) in his battle against Brain Cancer.

Both of these organizations were presented with cheques of $530 on behalf of all of us at [ZebbieLAN].

Official Notification from [ZebbieLAN]
Hi Everyone, it is with much sadness that we are announcing the End of [ZebbieLAN]. This has been given much consideration by the admin team, who have decided that due to an increasing number of Personal Reasons, as well as the overall decline in the popularity of LAN's in general, that this is the best time to say goodbye.

On behalf of the Admins, we would like to Sincerely Thank each and every person who has attended, supported or in anyway helped the LAN to continue over the years.

I would also like to personally thank all the Admins, both past & present, for your hard work & dedication in every regard to running smooth and successful events, as well as helping overcome some of the major difficulties that we have faced over the years. In Particular I would like to thank Zebbie (RIP) & Awesome for being my predecessors as Head Admins.

If anyone is at all interested in running their own events in the future, the people to contact in regards to equipment are Frank (Aaron Mason) & Duncan Attridge.

We will keep the Facebook, Steam & Discord Groups alive, as they are a means for our large community of gamers to maintain connections. We just won't be moderating them anymore.

We have decided that any money that we have will be donated to charity, I will be sure to update you all once we have decided upon which charity/charities & when we have completed the donation(s).

Thankyou all again for everything over the years, This LAN has meant an awful lot to myself and a lot of other people. It is a sad occasion that it is ending, but the memories we made along the way will remain for a long time.

Also, just a Reminder about a few of the conditions for the LAN:
- DO Bring Your Rego, we will announce when we are collecting fees at the event. You will also receive an armband with a number for the Prize Raffle

- DO Bring Headphones, as Speakers are not Permitted
- DO Bring Powerboards, This frees up Official Powerboards for more Users
- DO Respect other people's computers and any Hardware that is in the room. Computers and Servers are expensive. Also no throwing of any Console Controllers.

- DO NOT Bring Multiple Monitors, we don't have the Table Space for them.
- DO NOT bring/view Pornographic Material, this is an All-Ages Event
- DO NOT Torrent or have Torrenting Software Open, CSU monitors Internet Usage and would be able to see if any Torrents are running.
- DO NOT Bring Alcohol, this is an All-Ages Event.
- DO NOT Engage in any unsocial or violent behavior, this will result in your removal from the event, and subsequent events.
