GUYS, I read the bill, apparantly the people who sign it have the ability to enforce it as strict as they want. MEANING, we still have three strikes, and all will be the same albiet with a few more rules.

ACTA will only come into effect after the EU signs it in, so June-ish if it ever comes through.
