The "DS-1 Orbital Battle Station™" a.k.a. "The Deathstar", is well equipped to do so. Alongside with all its versatile capabilities and personnel, it is optimally positioned to "communicate" with its galactical neighbors and to contribute constructively to our plans for total galactic dominion and complete annihilation of the Jedi.
