I've been wanting to get this done for a long time so I will. I wanted to make an introduction especially for those who have been invited recently.

You're all great snipers, so let's get that out of the way. You're all in here because we trust you not only as good friends but as good shots. This isn't some just-for-the-tag sniping group. I could invite several more snipers from my friends' list who have the skill to be in here but they don't have any sort of connection with us nor would they care enough to even join.

I like to think of this group as an external friends' list for those in it that have amazing talent in sniping and have proven to be friendly and modest with good sportsmanship. Given time, there will be more people in this group and there are a few out there who could use my help in getting better in order to be invited here. That is okay with me, and hopefully it's okay with the rest of you.
