When on Rust and in the menu, you have two choices in order to connect.
You can either:

Press F1 and type;
net.connect 93.190.141.101:28045

OR

Click on the "COMMUNITY" navigation button and look for:
(UK)RustRoleplay.com(FAIR PLAY)
