In case it isn't already obvious, the Code is the set of rules that we abide by in VV.

The reason why I have put this up is so that there is no doubt in anybody's minds about what is and isn't allowed. This is also an opportunity for me to stamp down on some bad practices that I have come across.

• Respect your fellow clan members.
  
  A bit of friendly banter is fine but raging hard and telling your teammates to ♥♥♥♥ off is a stupid thing to do, and it means that nobody will have your back.
  
  
• Protect the group.
  
  This seems kind of obvious, but actually a lot of you are too preoccupied with looting or killing to have any awareness of where your teammates are, or if they're in trouble. This sort of ties in with the second installment of Vulgar Volumes where I'll be addressing tactical approach.
  
  This also applies to verbal abuse from other players or even fellow clan members. Back your group members, and if it's within the group, try to help calm things down.
  
  
• Respect higher ranking members.
  
  I keep track of all of you; the way you dedicate yourself to the group, how you interact with other players and whether you rage or not. The best and most intelligent players get promoted to higher ranks.
  
  For that reason, certain players have a higher authority. It is a reflection of the trust I have in them. This means that they can give out orders to other players.
  
  Officers can only give out orders to Cadets (since the gap between Officers and Lieutenants is not large). However, Captains can give out orders to any player below their rank.
  
  Defying or pretending to ignore orders can result in excommunication from VV. Captains and Officers do not want to give orders unless they absolutely have to, and so when they do give orders, they must not be taken lightly.
  
  If you feel that a certain order is unfair, and want to politely make a complaint, then please come to me. But if you're going to ♥♥♥♥♥ and whine, and can't handle the fact that other people might be more important than you, then get the ♥♥♥♥ out. Simples.
  
  Also I forgot to mention this, but Tier 2 members and higher can give out orders by default.
  
  
• Don't be a coward.
  
  Together, VV is stronger. If 4-5 of us go on a server and start with nothing, we can still tear ♥♥♥♥ up and destroy everyone. That is how good we are.
  
  It only takes one coward to betray a group though. One guy doesn't do his job and everyone else will get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over.
  
  Because of that, selfish behaviour will get you killed more often than not. Notice how the higher ranking players will always offer gear to help you, or back you up in tight situations. They understand the value of teamwork and that is why they are valuable.
  
  Combat logging is a reality of Unturned - we have all come across players that do it. But to make VV truly legendary, we have to be above that. When you're a VV player, people have to respect you. Nobody respects cowards.
  
  Don't combat log, no matter how good your gear. If you are smart and careful, you will never need to combat log. If you get beaten by a better player with good positioning, then that's part of the game and you have to accept that. Try to get a good spawn and fight for your gear, rather than just being a little ♥♥♥♥♥.
  
  On a similar note, rock shooting is strictly prohibited. I take extreme dislike to other players who do it, and I like to /tp them to traps as punishment. A rock is an unfair advantage over other players and if you're good at the game, you don't need it.
