Victoria II - Patch 1.3 released.

Updated the direct link to the 1.3 patch. It's not a Steam distributed patch, so be careful if you apply it to a Steam supplied game, maybe perform a backup 1st. Unfortunately it still doesn't fix the two most pressing bugs concerning RGO minimal re-employment after a province occupation and eternal ruling party re-election because of glitched Spoil System crime building.

Added the direct link to the 1.2 patch to the group profile. It's not a Steam distributed patch, so be careful if you apply it to a Steam supplied game, maybe perform a backup 1st. On the other hand installing a "non-Steam" patch often solves the multiplayer issues for Paradox games.
