The server's mods have been updated once again. While I have made tweaks to mods over the past few weeks, I have made major changes to mods today that should affect gameplay significantly. I'll go over all mod changes since the last announcement.

There was a conflict with Scorched Earth Plus and Balance Evolved that prevented wild wyvern eggs from spawning. The map extension does not conflict with Balance Evolved in such a way that it prevents wyvern eggs from spawning. You can find wyverns and wyvern eggs in the westernmost part of the map along the cliffs. There is also now an island between the redwood forest and the southern tropical island that adds Scorched Earth content.

The mods that were removed were uninstalled due to redundancies in gameplay, balance reasons, or because they offered minimal utility.

Due to server stability problems that came with the recent large update, I have removed several mods in an attempt to improve stability.

These mods were removed either due to lack of use and/or a lack of substantive gameplay changes.

More mods may be removed in the future in further attempts to stabilize the server. The mods that have been removed may be reinstalled in the future if/when further patches and mod updates are more stable.

The server is now a PvPvE server! Check the workshop collection to see what mods are now installed on the server.

Here are some of the new server config changes:
Gathering - 3x across the board
Imprint interval - 0.5x
Maturation - 7x
Tribe limit - 5 players

Dying in PvP results in an increased respawn timer. The more you die in PvP, the longer the timer becomes. Check the server info thread for further details.

I've updated the mod collection in preparation for tomorrow's update. Check out the server information thread to find a link to the collection and subscribe to all the mods.

The rules have also been edited. There is now a general rules list and an ARK server rules list.

Hi all,

After much consideration, I have decided that I will be switching the server to a PvPvE server in order to revitalize interest in it and expand players' options with regard to gameplay. In order to facilitate this, I will be making major changes to multipliers, mods, and other configs. Of particular note will be the removal of Annunaki Genesis, as the mod was not developed or balanced with PvP in mind.

Other mods that are likely to be removed are Aviary Structures, Pearl Converter, Stairs Mod with Rounded Wall, and Pillars Plus. Photon Sentry & Rifle and Egg & Poop Collector may or may not be removed for balance reasons related to the inclusion or removal of certain mods.

Since uninstalling Annunaki Genesis will remove structures and items associated with the mod, as well as delete players' animals, I will be giving players until 5 PM EST this Sunday to make preparations for the upcoming changes. Be sure to remove any items from your tamed animals and Annunaki structures. Feel free to leave leave a comment here or message me if you need more time.
