Four years ago, A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ named Sid Meyer created a line of threads called Civilization /v/, a fantasy oriented interactive text-based civilization game, where people could suggest different commands, and fantastic events would occur.

Sometime during the four years, they left the group, and it seemed that civilization /v/ would forever be in hiatus, never to be used again.

However, this is not the end for Civilization /v/. I will be adopting it under a new name, and I will try to revive this once beloved series once more.

Although the crystal squiddies may forever be in hiatus, new adventures will live on. And who knows, perhaps the crystal squids will make a return in these new worlds?

If you have any suggestions on what I could potentially do to revive this series, please let me know! My current plans are to post threads on /qst/, in which people can choose from a list of existing species, or suggest new ones for each session.

I'll also be adopting a similar post information style akin to Sid Meyer's, with food levels, housing, technology, population, enslaved, etc.

Any suggestions or critiques will be greatly appreciated!
