Idle and perform in #uk.pcw @ Quakenet!

#uk.pcw is based on an IRC channel setup by orcl in order for UK based players to get games against other UK teams or mixes. It all derived due to the excessive amount of people leaving due to ping issues and other such-like problems.

Hopefully we will be able to cut down on these problems, and everyone who joins #uk.pcw on IRC should expect to end playing on a UK server.
