In any of our community AMAs, one question always rears its head.

"When will TCE enter the world of VALORANT? Surely any bid to become the world's best worst Esports organisation means competing in all of the most poppin' fresh games?

We are not an org to jump on bandwagons, or even keep our language up to date with current youth vernacular. It's been over a year already since VALORANT set Twitch on fire with its beta drop access week of streaming - here at TCE, we're always monitoring new games, rosters, talents and opportunities to bring our particular brand of Trash to.

No-one is more enthusiastic about Child Game than we are - several of our members participated in the Closed Alpha and Beta, and even streamed in that week of madness, which we have fond (and slightly mind-bending) memories of.

After consolidating our Apex Roster's place firmly in Gold competitive ranks, moving into the glorious ranks of DMG and acquiring several more AKs in CS, and occasionally playing Rocket League, we think now's the time for Trash Valorente. The game's competitive scene has developed well over the last year, with a great community behind it (when the minority aren't telling us to die in solo queue ranked).

After a sensational Masters Finals this past week, in which the World's best were on show, we feel confident that the time is now, and the talent is here.

Our march across Europe continues - with Austrian and Dutch resident talent joining the TCE squad, give a big Trash welcome to Banlend and Besso! After literally minutes of scouting (and given that it's the only FPS Banlend will play in the current Trashcan stable), we're confident their skills will help us continue to post average results in Unranked. The increased squad size, although unconventional as a 6 person + roster, will give our flex game talents the ability to continue competing in other TCE teams at the highest lowest levels.

With Riot looking to bring a better 5 stack ranked queue system soon, hopefully we'll be on a ladder near you soon..
