It's a guild... not a clan!

i would just like to raise an issue which i am sure has been on many of your minds lately. i and several others have noticed some disfuncional behaviour happening in this group lately. some of the points people have raised have been:
- a ditinct lack of communication.
- excluding the more quiet and reserved people from group activities.
- gossiping and talking negatively of co-members behind their backs.
- constantly correcting other peoples bad spelling and grammer
- and last but not least, stealing from other peoples desks.
as the leader of this clan, i am dissapointed with this behaviour. there is room for slip ups and mistakes, but many of these are constantly recurring. i believe that as a whole, we agree that this kind of immature behaviour is unacceptable. if you have found yourself to be doing any of these things, please see to it that you correct yourself and reconcile with those who have been wronged.

i hate posting negative messages like this, but i only do this so that the clan would be a better place for all of us. thank you, and have a nice day.
