-3 Primary Weapons -> Useful Scrap Metal
-3 Secondary Weapons -> Useful Scrap Metal
-3 Melee Weapons -> Useful Scrap Metal
-Primary + Secondary + Melee Weapon -> Useful Scrap Metal
-3 Scrap Metal -> 1 Reclaimed Metal
-3 Reclaimed Metal -> 1 Refined Metal
-3 Refined Metal -> 1 Piece of Headwear
-2 of any Hats -> 1 Piece of Headwear
-4 Refined Metal + 1 Class Token -> 1 Piece of Class Headwear
-4 Class Weapons -> 1 Class Token
-4 Weapons From Same Slot -> 1 Slot Token
-1 Class Token + 1 Slot Token + 1 Scrap Metal -> 1 Class Weapon

Remember, when crafting one thing, you will get the blueprint for it after crafting (if you didn't have it), so you can just look it up next time when crafting.

As you know, there's a update coming to TF2 tonight.There will be 5 new achievements to get for Halloween, which you can already find in your achievement list.One of them is dominating a player with a new hat to get this hat, but why not get it easier?Those who are lucky enough, can get the hat over this link:
