The Isles of War

Rules

1. Do not KoS (kill on sight). You are allowed to defend yourself and your crest area from invaders, but you may not 'claim' any resource nodes.

2. You can only rob people for things you know they have. If you see someone cutting trees, you may rob them of the wood, if you see someone wearing steel armor, you may demand the armor. Demanding things that the victim doesn't have and then killing them is KoS.

3. You cannot rob the same player(s) for 1 ingame day.

4. No random roping. You must announce the capturing and the reason for it before you use a rope.

5. All bases must be in accordance with the laws of physics (no floating bases) and they must have a legitimate entrance that is not blocked.

6. No skybridging. This includes stairways built for the sole purpose of helping with a raid or going up to the King's throne area.

7. You can only use siege weapons when at war. Breaking and entering with melee weapons is allowed at all times.

8. To declare war, the opposing guild must be online. After the declaration, there is a 30 minute preparation time until siege can begin. A war ends in surrender, crest destruction, a truce, or when a staff member says so.

9. Use English in chat at all times. Use /w for private messaging and /g for guild chat in other languages.

10. A staff member's word is final over any dispute. If one says that a matter is closed, it is closed.
