Welcome to the High Rollers' Club Steam Group

The "Steam High Rollers' Club" is always looking for new members to join its existing infrastructure to talk, hang-out and ocassionally play some of these hundreds of games we have -- or just complain about them to other "bittervets".

We are a group of dedicated "gamers" of no fixed denomination (Tabletop, RTS, TBS, 2D, 3D, FPS, MMO etc....<- that list just goes on as you all know) who lease our hardware for hosting reliable services such as game servers, voice comms hosting (up-to thousands of slots) web hosting (duh!) and pretty much anything else you want exterior service wise (ftp,storage,proxy etc...)

We are recruiting like minded intelligent people who like to play games learn about technology and other people, we avoid drama and negativity and insist upon a general level of respect for fellow members of the team. Our mumble details are below, come drop by and say "Hi".

Over 5 Years of Steam Service
Over 200 Steam Games EXCLUDING DLC! (good luck working that out but we have wiggle room for special cases)

So let me first off say how happy I am to have you on-board, I have started this group to help community leaders & service providers, network, share resources, knowledge and expertise in many fields.

Including but not limited to:

  • Server Hosting (Games CS, TF2, KF, Arma & many more, you name it!)
  • Website Management
  • Communications Hosting (Teamspeak, Ventrilo, Mumble)
  • Other Networked Services (IRC,FTP, Proxies, SSH, etc...)

We are looking for those who have had a decent amount of experience in the online gaming scene & those who are already involved or plan to be involved with other communities. Targeting mainly management, community leaders and other commander types within organisations, we hope to be able to give support, advice and access to a wide range of technologies. From many who have been there & done it before.

I intend the community to grow organically, of course this is a niché and targeted pool of people we are looking for but in the end everyone is expected to contribute to a friendly and progressive helpful atmosphere built on sharing knowledge and collaboration.

I look forward to meeting new faces and starting a burgeoning community of intelligent friendly people, over the coming days/week's (depending on work) I will continue developing our methods of communication for such a project.
