Welcome to the Eclipsian Empire!

We are a democratic group headed by the two Eclipsian Councils, the Lunar and the Solar. We are a raffle, trade, giveaway, and server group. We are welcome to any players, old and new, so please respect each other unless you wish to face the consequences.Though we are fair, please abide to the rules as follows:

1. Do not make racist, facist, or offensive remarks or comments through text or microphone. Any violation of this rule will result in the muting and gaging of the offender, and, depending on the offense, could lead to an impermanent ban.

2. Attempted or conducted trade scams are not permitted, and if conducted upon a staff member or fellow member of the group will result in an instant permanent ban.

3. Failure to follow instructions laid out by a staff member may result in a warning, kick, or ban.

4. Spam via text and microphone is not permitted. This includes music and dramatic readings.

5. Abuse of donator/VIP commands is prohibited and will result with the revoking of power/demotion (VIPs or any donation rank will not get a refund for being banned or demoted).

6. Do not occupy contest/event areas if you are not using them for their intended purpose. Also, any interruption of any ongoing event will result in the kick of the offender for the duration of the event.

7. Please do not use your mic if you are under 12. We will not kick you for your age, as we Eclipsians accept everyone, however usage of your mic will result in a mute.


First offense: Mute and/or Gag

Second offense: Kick and Removal of Donator VIP Powers if applicable.

Third offense: Ban, anywhere between half an hour and a month, depending
on circumstances.

Fourth offense: Permanent Ban. There will be a form put up eventually to apply for the removal of a permanent ban, however even if the punishment is lifted, you will be placed permanently on a watch list and will not be eligible to apply for Admin or obtain Donator abilities.
