Discord/Steam Group Redone

The Discord has been entirely reorganized, and revamped. We now have organized channels! Non Cluttery rank lists! A working automod!

What a wild concept!

In the process, I've archived several old text channels, including general and a few private ones. They are not deleted, just archived to me. If you need something from these, contact me.
