As of 4.4.2012, Uncle Dave will be taking a one-or-two-week time-out due to him wanting to spend some time with his IRL friends during their vacation. Thus, during that time the following people gain full authority over the group (ordered alphabetically):

As some of you may know, yesterday we had an important meeting in our group's chat about the future of The Uncles as a community. For those whom couldn't attend the reunion here's our official statement so you, loved Uncles and Aunts, can know what the meeting was all about.

First of all I want to make something clear: Our final decision is that we want to take things more slowly, since ideas flow much faster than actual actions. This is to ensure a smooth transition from a mere clan to a big community, one step at a time. We trust our dear members, they have been very active and kind to eachother, and that they will keep doing so and they will be patient as we make out an efficient growth plan.

This all came from the idea of expanding ourselves to American lands. Something like building up a "subsidiary" American Uncles. Just for DBing.
But as we were going across this, a fairly drunk Deif and a hyped Hoven thought the best idea was to grow up all in a single move by renting dedicated servers and starting to run our own TF2 servers. We aren't giving up on this, though, but as we have established thanks to Nuttah's expertise, the leaders have to do some basic learning first, such as handling the system(s), which will slow the progress down for a bit, but we're determined to do everything we can to make it happen.

So our final decision was something in between. We don't want to rush and get hit by our own moves. We do want to grow as a greater TF2 community and we do want to run our own servers, but for now our commitment is start working on our very first website with forums in order to build up even more our members participation.
