For Coordinated Coop

Ever play Alien Swarm and wish people wouldn't just do their own thing? Wish you could go for one of the harder achievements, but need your squad to be a bit more coordinated? Want to try your hand at team leading or executing a plan?

If you answered yes to any of the above, then this group is for you. Welcome to the next level of gaming.

This group organizes games where we pick a team leader each round, execute his or her mission, and give everyone a chance to lead (and follow). If you find disciplined people out there looking to take the next step and play with some organized players, then feel free to invite them to this group.

Here are our common standards:
* We pick a team leader (TL) at the start of each round. This doesn't have to be the lobby leader. The TL comes up with a plan and runs the mission.
* Squad members should follow the TL's plan.
* A TL may ask squad members to change character/class/loadout.
* The TL should confirm with the lobby leader that everything is ready for a mission to start.
* The lobby leader should not force a ready for a mission to start.
* Unless otherwise noted, players recognized as AFK in the loadout screen should be given 60 seconds to return. After that, they may be kicked.
* The current TL chooses the next TL at the end of the round.
* No teamkilling, even for fun.
* Explain these standards to any new folks.
