How to rank up :

If you are a friend you are automatically a mod but if you put STS before your name you can become an Officer which is the next rank up.

If you aren't my friend, to become a mod you have to invite at least one person to the group and text me that you invited them. Then to become an Officer whichis the next rank up you have to put STS in front of your name and invite another person to the group and text me that you did.
