Reorganizing a few things

With players from a selection of countries and timezones, organizing events doesnt work out for everyone. Its proving a challenge for everyone to come to organized events which is rather concerning, but understandable.

We're all busy people, but I need help making this team work. I try to update everything, send frequent messages to the team and posting these announcements (I dont even know if anyone even reads them). We need everyone, yup, EVERYONE to keep up to date with these announcements, to post comments and feedback.

Im going to message everyone when I can about this post, and Im going to start by asking some questions:
What time, in EST, are you free to play TF2 (most of the time) on the weekends?
What classes do you want to be playing (preferably matched to the 6v6 format)?
Do you have any friends interested in joining the team and increasing the roster?

Today, 2 people showed up for 2 practise. Including me.

Simply put, this isnt very good. I understand that some of you cant come every once and a while, and thats fine. But seriously, 2 people?!

All Im saying is that our team needs to play with eachother for this to work. We cant get 6 people online at the same time for practise, let alone for the actual thing!

I think we should invite a few more players for furthur rotation, but even so, try to remember our TF2 get togethers, sunday at 1:00pm EST. Write it in your calenders, put up a sticky note, whatever. Just try not to forget!

For furthur rotation options, we are going to introduce 3 more people into the team. So from the 4 original of us (Me, zex, sparkz and c_c) will all have 2 friends invited each. This means Zandex, C_C and I shall add to our roster! Classes dont matter too much.

I for one welcome RcColin, a friend of mine and enolc.
