Welcome to Speed of Now's Official Steam Group

------WHY WE HAVE THIS GROUP-------

Speed of Now is an upcoming, Self-Made Multi-player Shooter game, that'll hopefully be available on Steam soon. More information about the game will be available in the group and on our Youtube channel soon.

This Steam group was set up to get general feedback from the community and inform you about any production news and updates that will be made to the game. It's really important for us to get to know your opinions about the game; all the features & mechanisms. We don't produce this game for anyone else but the community and of course, ourselves.

On a later production phase you'll also be able to sign up for the closed beta testing through this group.

If you have friends, who are also interested in Multiplayer FPS Games, feel free to add them to the group.

-----GAME DESIGN-----

The time is passing at different speeds, while each time mode offers different advantages.

In Normal Motion you play a usual First Person Shooter game with different weapons and maps.But you should always calculate the time and think about what to do, when the Time-Mode switches.

In Slow Motion you can control your bullets, allowing you to aim for certain parts of the body and deal more damage, however it's much harder to move about.

In Fast Motion you can easily run around, collect ammo and health and reload your weapons, but it's very hard to hit things.

-----BACKGROUND-----

I (Leo) am studying Informatics in Germany and Speed of Now started as a hobby project to train my programming skills. But then I had lots of good ideas, so I just couldn't finish the project and am still working on it.

I got some friends on the team to help me, but of course there never are enough people on a young production team like this one. So if you have any special skills and really want join the team, feel free to contact us and we will see how you can help.

Camera attaches to bullet, move the mouse around to change direction of the bullet. Scroll changes speed of the bullet and when a bullet hits something the camera reattaches itself to the player. Click again to shoot another bullet.

It's a very interesting idea for a multiplayer shooter aspecially a competitive one. But how did you guys think the "controlling the bullet"-part is suppost to work?
