ABOUT SATAN IN HELL

⛧DEATHCORE IS RELAXING MUSIC⛧

Although the first hybrid of death metal and hardcore punk was practiced by Repulsion, New York veterans of death metal Suffocation and Skinless in conjunction with Dying Fetus of Maryland were the first death metal groups to use the breakdown, a staple of deathcore. In addition, hardcore groups like Earth Crisis, Converge and Hatebreed have taken a great influence of death metal.

Before the emergence of deathcore, bands like Abscess. Unseen Terror used the term to describe a hybrid of hardcore punk and death metal. Blood of Germany also published a demo titled Deathcore in 1986, while another German group, formed in 1987 and related to Blood, used the name Deathcore. However, these had nothing to do with the contemporary deathcore sound. The first history of Deathcore can be found in the early 90's when Suffocation mixed the harshness of Death Metal with the breaks of Hardcore Punk with his album Effigy of the Forgotten. Then at the end of the aforementioned decade, Eighteen Visions would release Until the Ink Runs Out, an album that made them known in the United States for unparalleled brutality in the Metalcore scene. The sound combined guitars with a lot of distortion, much groove and slower rhythms, which gave his music a bombastic sensation. Finally, the last contributor to profile the Deathcore, but who went unnoticed, most likely for his Christianity, was Underoath, who with his first two albums, Act of Depression and Cries of the Past, established a mix of Death Metal, riffs of dyes epics derived from Black Metal, the aggression of Hardcore Punk and later the use of keyboards. The sound was shown, especially on his second album, much more melodic than the two bands mentioned above.

As of 2000, they emerged with bands like Despised Icon, Animosity, Killwhitneydead - pioneers of the genre. Shortly after, The Red Chord, All Shall Perish, Misericordiam, Impending Doom, With Blood Comes Cleansing, Through the Eyes of the Dead, Job for a Cowboy.

Deathcore seems to be more important in the southwestern United States, especially in Arizona and California (particularly the Coachella Valley) that are home to many notable bands and festivals. In the same indicator of success, many popular deathcore bands perform in the Black Market Activities label of the band The Red Chord.
