2007/09
The Team succeeded to achieve the dream, of everyone's @ EMS Finals. With the Lineup "Kevin, Nicklas, Deniz, Cillious, Anders" The team only made it to the finals, and that's it. 2007 was the year. The players, have decided to quit FragXile. Nicklas & Kevin got asked to join Copenhagen Wolves, and then got recruited from 2007-2009.

2013/14
Now Kevin have decided to, make an International Team. an online-team that parcitipate in ESL & ESEA CUPS. That is going to, play proffesional over the years. The current Line-Up "Kevin, Calvin, Thomas, Andreas & Luis"

DIET
Your goal is to reduce the amount of testosterone in your body, not by a lot, but just abit.

AVOID:
- Beef
- Pork
- Large game
Red meats increase your testosterone.

EAT MORE:
- Green veggies
- Soy products (lots)
-Alcohol
-low fat foods
- Semen 500 to 1000 mg/day
-Purera Mirifica (herbal supplement)
Soy products encourage estrogen production.
Alcohol decreases your testosterone.
Semen contains androgens, which are metabolized into estrogen in the body.
Purera Mirifica is a highly estrogenic herb, citied to be more potent than estrogen itself.

OPTIONAL
Drink water from BPA plastic containers. They leach xenoestrogens, which stimulates estrogen in the body.

Use lots of anti-bacterial sanitizer, make sure it contains Triclosan, as it has estrogenic properties.

btw, if you wanna keep your estrogen, you'll need to keep up this diet, otherwise your body will just start making testosterone again.

EXERCISE
Your goal is to reduce your body fat without gaining muscle mass and without becoming a skinnyfat weakling.

Cardio = GOOD
Weight Training = BADDDD

You want to run 30min at least every other day. But you can't start doing that right away without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ yourself up so follow the "Couch to 5k" routine.

In those days where it says "relax" you can go ahead and tell the schedule to ♥♥♥♥ off and do a low impact cardio workout* or some light lifting for 30min.

ARMS
Get some dumbbells and keep your arm strength up, and you don't want to be the guy with weak arms.
LEGS
Perform the pictured 5min/day daily butt workout routine whenever you can. Nobody wants a trap with no ass.

After the 9 weeks, 30 minutes of running every other day. On the days off you do 45min of cardio*/lifting.
*TurboFire DVDs are pretty good for this sort of thing, get them from the torrents or something.
