Guka scammed me 3 years ago, piece of ♥♥♥♥ tbh, I don't know if he got banned please tell me if he did

Guys, we need to stop Guka from scamming everyone! We cannot let this go forever! There has to be a way to hack into his account so we can delete that scamming group forever.
