(TL;DR version at bottom)

Go ahead and post here your opinion- do you think we should disband?

Things have NOT gone well since day one, due to problems, problems, problems, and MORE problems. The first problem was the fact that I had to assemble a team so fricken close to game date.

Second, I have no clue what my team is capable of

Third, I have no clue how reliable you are (I'm not saying some of you are unreliable, but you MIGHT be.)

Fourth, Lack of players. a few of you guys have already left for no dicernable reason.

Fifth, lack of fallbacks.

Sixth, Lack of communication. I have failed to talk to you all individually, and vice-versa.

Seventh, Time differences. the balance between our team in timezones is about 60/40, 60 being from america, and 40 being somewhere else that has some ass-o-clock timezone for where we need it.

The list goes on people, but I am seriously thinking of disbanding. If you are opposed, however, do say so. If I get some positive feedback, I will keep trucking on. If I get some feedback for disbanding the team, I will post a schedule event to make sure everyone knows it's over.

Thanks for your time, but it has been difficult on my end with school work, staying ahead, keeping in contact with everyone on the team, and all this other crap that's just been piled on.

I was thinking about disbanding the team. Give me your opinion on wheter I should keep going with you guys, or should I just call it quits and have us find our own ways?
