So whenever people are online, they can just set things up among themselves. If myself or any officers are online, I/they can probably announce it.
The only people eligible to be officers are mods who ask to be. Of course, they'll have to be responsible with the power, etc., just like on the forum. All that jazz. If wat3v3r or dreamwingz get in here, I'll see what I can do about transferring adminship. I'm pretty sure it's possible.
