New Logo and Paintscheme

RVRR is back with a new paintscheme. Replacing the 80s 3 stripe paintscheme is a new 90s updated scheme and logo to make a new image for the RVRR. Old Riverdale Valley locomotives will slowly get repainted in this paintscheme in the upcoming year.
