What's the fastest way to grind xp so we can start getting some world first raid clears?

I'll go S'n'S cuz i'd rathr be off-tank S'n'S let's me use items quickly so i can spam healig powder i think its cool that u can combine roles like tank and healer this game is gonna be so cool
