You can do your own raffle here but ill take 3 Ref for any raffle u wanna make.
and good luck to make your own raffle add me and then need to pay 2 rec and you can start your raffle and ill make you admin.
NOTE: after your raffle ends ill remove you from being admin because each raffle you wanna make you need to pay.

rules:

1. when you make a raffle at first yous raffle prize what ever you wanna be you should leave it to me.
WHY? because if you make the raffle and people joined you can get their metal and just ran away i know you wont do this but this is just to stop my self from a risk.

2. when raffle ended i use number generator and what ever number was is the winner.
WHY I CANT CHOOSE MY RAFFLE WINNER? because some times some one will ask you to make them winner and they give you more price but if i do the number generator i can tell you the first number who been choosen from number generator and like this moer people can trust you.

3. if you wanted to quit the raffle which you made you can but you cant get the payment back which you payed to make the raffle.

4. your raffle shouldnt be open for more than 1 week and if you wanted to be still open you need to pay 1 scrap per day.
