2. Do your best to win, but do not play to win. Play to improve or help others improve.
3. Captain's Mode or Captain's Draft are strongly encouraged.
4. If you feel agitated, frustrated, or upset after a match take a break.
5. Play any role that you wish regardless of your skill level
6. If you want to play a specific role ask for it during the picking stage, but be flexible if you don't get it.
7. Voice communication is encouraged but not required
