QuadPlay esports is an Australian multi-gaming organization . Starting out with roots in the Call of Duty franchise, as a small team founded by Lachlan "Nano" Pickford. We have since developed to a broader community and continue to do so . What we hope to achieve at quadplay is a long lasting community that people will recognise and respect . We also wish to show give our players the chance to provethemselves and progress further in their gaming careers . We take great pride in maintaining excellence across all our divisions through to our management staff, which are constantly striving to improve in every facet of our organization. At QuadPlay, we believe that success is a measure of hard work and always work hard to foster talent and encourage our divisions to reach greater heights.

Creating a comfortable environment
Players comfort is extremely important to the success of quadplay , we want them to feel comfortable and know that if they are going through difficult times they may contact us without fear of retribution or a backlashing . This attitude has allowed communication between management and teams to be very fluent and a bond is instantly established between the two. Not only is it important for us to have a bond with the players but also their respect , this works both ways . Creating a stable and enthusiastic community is the success of any organisation or team .
