It's been a LONG, LONG time... How have you been?

Hi people in this group,

I have been thinking about what to do with this group. Here are some ideas:

Make the group public
Make the group all about Valve's games - OR - focus on 1 or 2 games (like GMod and TF2)
Rename the group to Valve Gaming Group (or something like that)
Make CLEAR rules for admins and players to prevent the sh!t that happened 2 years ago
Create a community feeling (!)
Create parties every week/month (have some fun in Metaconstruct)
Require staff members to add a tag in their steam name (like [VGG]Flippylosaurus) to create a bit more advertising space
Make a simple short name

These are some simple brainstorms. Do what ever you want with them. I made this because I dont want this group going to total hell.

Hey, we all remember that issue with Karmijn and the former group owner, do we? Well, that was a little joke. I was also involved. So: I have a idea. If anyone sees this (including administrators): I want to clean this mess up. Here's how I'm going to do this.

Turn this group into a general Valve-games group.
Create a server (I can't afford it at the moment)
Do some giveaway of TF2 items (and trading cards) (not too much, tho.), most of them based on donations.
Accept donations (scrap, items) for shoutouts.
Use the player of the week for the most donations (based on total scrap worth of the items) made in the week before.
Keep the name, of course!
Make clear rules for members and admins (to prevent the issues as we had 1 1/2 years ago)
