You can use the +strafe command (preferably bind it to mouse4) to pixel walk, sketchek's method is spamming w and ad, others change strafes before hitting the pixel walk, this new method makes the pixel walk so much easier and more consistent. You simply go straight at a wall or at a slight angle then swipe your mouse while you hold the +strafe bind in the opposite direction.
