Base of the Year

Yes it's that time of the year again and the Staff and I would bring some fun into Factions.

The Base of the Year Competition is a competition your faction can join to win some awesome prizes and claim titles. The competition itself will include Three Category’s. Decoration, Defence and Base Layout.

There will be a Top 3 for each Category and the winner of each Category will win there faction a title of “(Decoration, Defence, Base Layout) of the Year”. There will be an overall winner which will claim the main title of “Base of the Year”.

You can enter any Category you wish to. If you’d like to, you can enter your base in all three of them.

There is no cost to Enter the Event :)

You will have 14 Days to Build/Finish your Bases.
The Judging will commence 20th December 2015.

The Winners will be announced on this Post around the end of December.


You have the chance to score yourself some awesome prizes. Each category will have a Top 3. Each of them winning a small amount of money and the Number 1 Base for that category will win themselves the (Category) base of the Year, title.

Each Category will have a First, Second and Third place and there will be an overall winner for the whole competition.

Overall Winner :: $5,000,000

First Place :: $2,000,000
Second Place :: $1,000,000
Third Place :: $500,000

Some of the Staff will be in charge of judging the Competition and deciding on an overall winner and Category winners.

The public are allowed to look at the contestants bases and comment on them, helping the Staff’s decision. Your opinion may be messaged to myself or one of the judges via Steam.

The Decoration Category will be looking for many things in a base. It’ll be looking for how the base is presented and how well maintained it is. So how the objects are aligned and looking for lights, tree’s etc. Basic little things that make the base look attractive.


The Defence Category will be looking for many things in a base. It’ll be looking for how the base is well defended and how it will survive an attack. It’ll look for how the SAMS, Cannons, Radars etc are place and how well the base can take an attack and how it can defend itself.


The Base Layout Category will be looking for many things in a base. It’ll be looking for your overall base layout and how the Vehicles, Objects are placed. It’ll be looking for how tidy and well presented the base is and how it is maintained and how easy it is to find your way around it. It’ll be looking for how tidy your base is (No random floating objects) and how your Vehicles are placed, so it looks well presentable. Your base should be well presentable with no Random Objects, Clean Object Placing and making sure the well base is well maintained.
