So basically I've been researching servers:

XFactor Servers are apparently one of if not the best around at the moment, with them you get root access to the server and can basically upload what you like, they have access to the best data center in the UK meaning the fastest server available and are supposedly very reliable. I'm going to send them a support ticket tomorrow to ask a few questions about the server, pricing, how much work I'd have to do myself, etc.

Then there is Multiplay, our previous server provider, they're basically no hassle servers, I'd have to do very little to keep it going, they'd upload all the stuff for me, do updates when TF2 updates and have mods preloaded onto the servers. However they don't give root access and generally uploading stuff was a pain as they check it beforehand.

Finally, I've got 2 questions to ask you guys, and I really need an answer to make my decision.

1) Will you be interested in a server, actually play on it, and get it going when empty?
2) Will you be able to donate a small amount of money to keep it going (through paypal possibly)?

As last time I had to pay for the bulk of the server, which isn't cheap for 1 person, if we spread the cost it comes out at about £3 per person (ish) per month, depending on what server we buy and how many, it may be more, may be less, but it will be around £2-5 each a month if we share costs.
