Today I did a lot of work on the server, fixed some bugs and added some features. Everything should work great now so no more maps that get stuck.

Changes:
- The Demolition and Arms Race maps are now working and added random spawn points for them.
- Map ends after 10 min (no more rounds).
- If there is 3 min remaining on the map the map vote will warn you and you can vote for the next map.
- When nobody is on the server the map changes every 5 min.
- All the maps that are on the server are now visible in the map vote.
- Removed the AWP from the weapon list.

I'm also testing 8+ more maps that will be added to the server very soon.

Due to the popularity of the server I just upgrade the host from 16 to 20 slots. In a few days I will also make a donation page, note that donations are not needed but are more then welcome for future server slot upgrades. More money = more slots.
