Foil trading card drop rate

I've been getting card drops on Steam since it started. Easily a thousand cards or so. However, i've never had a foil one drop.
I didn't think my luck was THAT bad, so we're running a long term experiment.

Out of 3,300 cards how many will be foil?

Free GOG games

It seems a bit odd to post about free games on another service. But free is free.

GOG has been stepping up their efforts with Connect, where they give you select games on GOG that you own on steam. Today they've added another 20 games. Just go to www.gog.com/connect, link your steam account, if you haven't already, and claim the DRM free games.
